Summer Internship – Digital & IT

About the role

Join the Information Management team at Satair USA in Dulles, VA for a 12‑week summer internship focused on digital and IT solutions supporting logistics and warehouse operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals on live projects involving SAP, Autostore WMS and shipping applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support projects that optimize and maintain logistics and warehousing applications such as SAP AP1, SAP RPR and Autostore.
• Assist in the rollout, expansion and upgrade of specialized warehouse systems like Autostore and Pitney Bowes shipping platforms.
• Communicate with IT professionals and business users to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides and training materials for supported applications.
• Collaborate with the Digital team to map operational workflows and key business applications.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited program.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Prior experience in customer or technical support, help‑desk or similar roles.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Java) for data analysis or system queries.
• Participation in relevant academic or extracurricular projects.
