Summer Internship – Customer Resolution Specialist

About the role

The Summer Internship – Customer Resolution Specialist is part of Satair’s Customer Resolution Team in Herndon, VA. Interns will support a customer‑focused environment that processes spare‑part orders for Airbus and competitor aircraft across the Americas, while gaining exposure to Airbus’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage the daily workload of the Customer Resolution Team.
• Identify and contribute to projects that improve workload efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Process Specialist to develop training schedules.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Ability to work onsite in Herndon, VA for the full internship period.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and general computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and good time‑management abilities.
