Summer Business Operations Internship

About the role

Join Satair's Operations team in Dulles, VA for a 12‑week summer internship focused on business operations. You will work on projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company's logistics and material management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in mapping and optimizing warehouse processes such as picking, packing, and shipping.
• Collect, analyze, and present operational data to support business development decisions.
• Support daily warehouse activities while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Document standard operating procedures for new or improved processes and help create training materials.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Ability to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Preferred study fields: Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Experience with process documentation or mapping through academic or extracurricular projects.
• Demonstrated data handling and analysis abilities.
• Experience working on independent or group projects with clear ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
