About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson for a 10‑week full‑time Summer 2027 Finance Internship where you will gain hands‑on experience across various finance functions and contribute to real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

Support teams in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, Internal Audit, Tax, and other finance areas.
Work on projects such as budgeting, reporting, forecasting, business analysis, process improvement, and special initiatives.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, graduating in 2028 or 2029.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What we offer

Base pay between $25.50 and $28 per hour, overtime eligible.
Eligibility for company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay.
Potential pipeline into the Finance Leadership Development Program.
