About the role
The Success Coach (Fixed‑Term) joins Great Minds’ Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of our curriculum products across Southern California districts. Working with a Pacific‑Coast‑based team, you will blend professional development facilitation with on‑site coaching to help schools implement our math, science, and ELA programs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site and virtual professional development sessions for teachers and administrators.
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching to support curriculum implementation and instructional practice.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds product features, advantages, and best‑practice usage.
- Collaborate with district leaders to assess needs and tailor support plans.
- Collect feedback and report on implementation progress to the Implementation Services team.
Required profile
- Experienced K‑12 teacher or instructional coach with a strong understanding of curriculum rollout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Southern California on a regular basis.
- Commitment to Great Minds’ mission of improving student outcomes.
