Student Success Coach

About the role

As a Success Coach at Campus, you will manage a caseload of students throughout their journey, guiding them in course planning, accountability, and time management. You will proactively reach out, build relationships, and document progress, balancing empathy with clear follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and chat to keep students engaged and accountable.
• Coach students through personal, academic, and motivational challenges, helping them break down big goals into actionable steps.
• Track student progress using dashboards and complete required forms and documentation.
• Balance a caseload of 50‑75 students, triaging by risk and term.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs and context sharing.

Required profile

• Strong empathic communicator who creates safe, goal‑oriented relationships.
• Ability to support academic progress by helping students manage time and overcome obstacles.
• Resilient and persistent with follow‑up, especially with non‑responsive students.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and outreach based on student risk and engagement.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced startup environment and evolving processes.
