Student Advisor – Admissions (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Student Advisor to join our Admissions team. In this remote position you will help prospective students understand the academic options at Atlantic International University and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospects who have expressed interest via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Identify each student’s goals and recommend the most suitable academic pathway.
• Assist candidates through the full admissions and enrollment workflow.
• Maintain accurate records in the Prospect Management System.
• Achieve weekly activity and enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing or admissions.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
