Structural Project Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects. The role provides mentorship and exposure to company standards while managing all technical, fiscal and administrative aspects of assigned projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise and control execution of business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions for assigned projects.
• Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, other direct costs and gross profit, and develop and manage project budgets.
• Oversee project invoicing, billing, accounts receivable and payable.
• Establish project requirements, monitor deliverables for compliance, and manage change orders.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors, and market additional work.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers and discipline leads to develop schedules and budgets.
• Identify and implement actions to address cost overruns or schedule delays.
• Represent the company with clients, subcontractors and regulatory agencies during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• No security clearance required.
