About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to support its Northwest Arkansas campus. The role focuses on developing and delivering strength and conditioning programs for students and athletes, promoting health, performance, and injury prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strength and conditioning training plans tailored to individual and team needs.
• Monitor athlete performance, adjust programs, and ensure safe execution of exercises.
• Collaborate with medical, coaching, and academic staff to integrate conditioning into overall athlete development.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and documentation related to training activities.

Required profile

• Current affiliation with the University of Arkansas System (employee, student employee, or graduate assistant).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
