Strategy Director – Crossix Analytics

About the role

The Strategy Director will own the adoption and commercial success of the Crossix Analytics M&O suite across key emerging biotech accounts. You will shape go‑to‑market strategies, remove barriers to sales, and drive early‑adopter success while acting as the market owner and subject‑matter expert on Crossix data and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adoption of the Crossix Suite within a portfolio of emerging biotech customers.
• Partner with Account Partners to craft messaging, map stakeholders, and execute strategic account plans.
• Define and deliver go‑to‑market messaging for new products and features.
• Forecast product adoption and manage early‑adopter programs, including target selection and feedback collection.
• Support delivery teams in best‑practice utilization of Crossix products and identify adoption barriers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of client‑facing consulting or strategy experience, with a strong record of project management.
• 4+ years in a media‑related role (media planning or buying) and 4+ years in an analytical capacity.
• Life‑sciences industry experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
