Strategic Sales Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

The Sales Support Representative focuses on facilitating growth across assigned territories by improving sales process effectiveness and efficiency. The role supports sales activities, interfaces with customers, and enhances overall sales performance within those territories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service experience and act as a liaison to customers and their territory‑assigned ABMs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ABMs and customers when they are out of territory.
• Support ABMs with customer training, product education, and tools to inform patients about product efficacy and clinical data.
• Cover dormant or “white space” accounts as directed by managers or ABMs.
• Deliver customer support including administrative tasks and onboarding paperwork such as credit‑card, tax, and terms forms.

Required profile

• 4‑year college degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of corporate business or related experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Google’s G‑Suite and/or Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a heavy‑workload environment.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced setting.
