About the role

Infosys is seeking a Strategic QE Consultant to join its SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy) unit in Houston. The role focuses on leveraging advanced AI and digital technologies to drive process transformation for clients in the services, utilities, energy and resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive process analysis using techniques such as process mining, workflow simulation and efficiency modelling.
• Develop complex data models that generate actionable insights for process improvement and strategic decision‑making.
• Evaluate complex IT solutions from a process‑centric perspective and recommend enhancements.
• Create technical documentation that translates sophisticated process concepts for both practitioners and business stakeholders.
• Research emerging process tools, assess vendor roadmaps and adopt cutting‑edge solutions.
• Design architectural blueprints for process enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Define proactive maintenance strategies to ensure scalability and sustained performance.
