About the role

Antora Energy is looking for a highly analytical Strategic Finance Manager to own and operate the company’s core financial model, deliver mission‑critical insights, and support capital‑markets engagement. This high‑visibility position sits at the intersection of commercial, operational, and product teams, translating fast‑moving inputs into clear, data‑driven outputs for executives, investors, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own Antora’s corporate financial model, collect real‑time inputs, create scenario analyses, and produce insights for leadership.
• Translate updated inputs into actionable outputs that inform executive decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align forecasts, product inputs, and growth targets.
• Deliver rapid scenario analysis to guide strategic decision processes.
• Support end‑to‑end capital‑raising processes, develop investor materials, and craft clear narratives.
• Manage due‑diligence workflows, data rooms, and transaction closing activities while engaging prospective investors.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience, preferably with investment‑banking exposure.
• Demonstrated mastery of complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and quantitative problem‑solving.
• Ability to synthesize cross‑functional inputs and communicate insights quickly and clearly.
• High attention to detail and comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
