Strategic Finance Associate

About the role

Check is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to own and evolve its financial model, support annual and quarterly planning, and provide analytical insight for leadership, the Board, and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Own Check’s financial model, including revenue and cost drivers.
• Support annual and quarterly financial planning and target‑setting processes.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses for product pricing, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
• Prepare Board presentations and update investors on company performance.
• Assist with equity and debt fundraising and deal negotiations with vendors and partners.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to enhance analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in investment banking or a similar role.
• Familiarity with AI tools or agents to accelerate workflows.
