Store Manager – The Pike, Long Beach

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for the flagship Levi’s® location at The Pike in Long Beach. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations, visual merchandising, and overall store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for all customers.
• Maintain brand standards and uphold Levi’s heritage and values.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and the fashion industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent moving, kneeling, reaching, and ladder work.
