Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Vacaville Premium Outlets location. The role reports to the District Manager and is responsible for driving sales, managing operations and upholding the brand’s standards. You will combine creativity with strong leadership to shape the store’s future while honoring its heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting financial targets such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage store staff, handling performance and employee relations.
• Oversee payroll and labor costs, scheduling staff to match store traffic and sales goals.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, pricing, ticketing and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain product presentation on the sales floor.
• Deliver a compelling customer experience by modeling service behaviors and coaching associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years retail experience in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum three years experience managing a retail apparel store and coaching sales teams.
• Strong passion for Levi Strauss & Co. brand and positive, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform regular standing, walking, squatting and ladder climbing.
