Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Derby Street shop in Hingham, MA. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team of associates.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for customers.
• Handle employee relations, scheduling, and performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑moving setting.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and reaching.
