About the role

Join Barnardo's as a Store Manager and lead a vibrant charity retail outlet. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while maximising sales and profit to support vulnerable children and young people across the UK.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales and profit targets for the store.
Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
Lead, motivate and develop a team of colleagues to provide outstanding customer service.
Build loyalty among customers, donors and staff through creative initiatives.
Ensure health, safety and safeguarding procedures are followed.

Required profile

Proven experience managing retail teams.
Creative and resourceful with a focus on customer and donor engagement.
Highly organised with strong communication skills.
Ability to inspire and develop colleagues.
