Store Manager – Outlet (Orlando Marketplace)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s Outlet at Orlando Marketplace. You will lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for all customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and the fashion retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching and ladder work.
