About the role

As a Store Manager at H&M you will own the complete omni‑channel customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial standards align with global and regional strategies. You will lead a diverse team, foster an inclusive culture, and drive sales performance while monitoring market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless omni‑channel customer experience and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales and budget data, create action plans to improve results and profitability.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Schedule staff according to sales forecasts and manage store operations, including fitting rooms and checkout processes.
• Maintain competitor awareness, identify commercial opportunities, and manage store maintenance cost‑effectively.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with all administrative, security, and legal procedures.
