Store Manager – Beyond Yoga (Century City, CA)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Beyond Yoga brand in Century City, Los Angeles. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and model best practices for customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Recruit, train, empower and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, employee relations and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging shopping environment for all guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience, preferably in fashion or active‑wear retail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage budgets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable with physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 40 lb and frequent movement.
