Store Manager – Belmont Park Outlet

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Belmont Park Outlet, ensuring an excellent omnichannel experience for customers while driving sales, service quality, and overall store growth. You will inspire and develop a high‑performing team to meet ambitious performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver omnichannel customer service, supervise sales team, and meet quality standards.
• Analyze commercial indicators, define action plans, and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Oversee CRM activities, manage customer complaints, and ensure proper resolution.
• Plan and allocate store activities, create shift schedules, and optimize warehouse and inventory management.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and retail initiatives to contribute to brand development.
• Lead talent management: set targets, conduct evaluations, coach, and recruit new team members.
• Maintain store image, visual standards, safety, and compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a premium or luxury brand.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies and CRM processes.
• Proven team‑leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 35 lb and stand for long periods; open availability on weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel internationally once or twice a year.
