Store Manager – Alderwood Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. isn’t your typical retailer. Reporting to the District Manager, you will model and coach a consumer‑centric experience across sales, merchandising, and store operations at Alderwood Mall.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, visual merchandising, and overall store operations.
• Ensure a positive, engaging shopping experience for every customer.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Keen eye for detail with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
