Stockroom Management Supervisor

About the role

As a Stockroom Management Supervisor at Nestlé Health Science, you will lead the maintenance stockroom to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, parts availability, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in an onsite, full‑time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SAP master data, BOMs, and storage locations to keep inventory reliable.
• Execute daily MRP activities, analyze needs, and coordinate procurement of critical spare parts.
• Monitor inventory levels, KPIs, and budgets while driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate kitting for preventive maintenance and oversee receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming materials.
• Lead cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and resolve variances.
• Supervise and develop stockroom team members, ensuring safety, 5S organization, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; higher education or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years leading a technical stores, maintenance stockroom, or spare‑parts operation with direct supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably food, beverage, or CPG.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, food safety, and quality compliance.
