Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for decision‑making.
• Proven experience in project or program management, consulting, change management, or operations strategy.
• Hands‑on experience in process optimization and scaling efficiency initiatives.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with or leading cross‑functional teams.

Required skills
