Staff Technical Program Manager – Developer Productivity & DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional programs that boost developer productivity, DevOps practices, and cloud platform reliability. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and cloud teams, turning ambiguous challenges into clear, measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑team technical programs from definition through delivery, adoption and measurable impact.
• Define program strategy, scope, milestones, dependencies, operating cadence and success metrics.
• Partner with DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, security, data and AI leaders to align priorities and sequence work.
• Drive incident‑management improvements, including readiness, escalation models, communication protocols and post‑incident learning.
• Coordinate initiatives that improve reliability and speed of build, test, release and deployment pipelines.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal tooling, platform, and engineering groups to deliver AI‑enhanced workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale technical programs in a fast‑moving software environment.
• Strong initiative and independent judgment with the ability to create clarity across distributed ownership.
• Technical fluency that earns the trust of engineers and enables informed decision‑making.
