Sr. Staff Contracts Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly motivated Contracts Manager to join our team supporting defense simulation contracting operations. The role involves preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify appropriate contract vehicles, prepare and negotiate customer contracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, and statements of work.
• Provide guidance to Supply Chain, draft and negotiate terms for subcontracts and supplier agreements.
• Administer large, complex government contracts, monitor performance, manage modifications, and lead key negotiations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contractual matters with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Program Management, and other teams to align transactions with strategic objectives and resolve disputes.
• Identify contractual and regulatory risks, ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and assert rights in technical data and software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of contract management experience in a defense contracting environment, handling CPAF, CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTAs, ITAR, and government procurement processes.
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
