About the role
As the Sr. Paid Search Manager at Seamless, you will own the paid‑search engine that drives our freemium funnel, turning high‑intent searchers into thousands of free sign‑ups each week. You will manage a seven‑figure SEM budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and emerging AI‑driven search placements, directly influencing revenue and customer acquisition cost.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end paid‑search strategy on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and new AI search surfaces.
- Manage a multi‑million‑dollar annual budget, pacing spend to meet signup, CAC and paid‑conversion targets.
- Optimize campaign structure, keyword strategy, match types, bidding and negative‑keyword hygiene.
- Collaborate with Creative and Lifecycle teams to launch ad copy, RSAs, sitelinks and landing‑page tests.
- Build measurement frameworks with Analytics to tie spend to free sign‑ups, activation and paid conversion.
- Identify and launch new paid‑search channels as the landscape evolves.
- Maintain relationships with Google, Microsoft and agency partners, negotiating pricing and support.
- Forecast spend, signup volume and pipeline contribution for quarterly marketing reviews.
Required profile
- Proven hands‑on experience managing $1M+ annual spend on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Track record of driving high‑volume freemium or product‑led growth campaigns.
- Strong analytical instincts with ability to build funnel views in GA4, Looker/Tableau, BigQuery and spreadsheets.
- Creative judgment to write compelling ad copy and evaluate landing‑page tests.
- Understanding of attribution models and their trade‑offs.
