Sr. Implementation Manager

About the role

Campfire is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead its most complex customer implementations. Based in San Francisco, this role works onsite five days a week, partnering with finance leaders and technical teams to deploy the platform across sophisticated accounting environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact implementations from kickoff through go‑live, ensuring accurate configuration of financial workflows and reporting structures.
• Oversee complex data migrations from ERP, GL, and related systems while validating data accuracy.
• Identify risks or discrepancies early and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as senior point of contact for customers and an escalation resource for other Implementation Managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Contribute to improving implementation playbooks, migration approaches, and internal best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading complex software or financial system implementations.
• Deep understanding of accounting processes (GL, close, reporting, reconciliations).
• Background in accounting, finance, consulting, or financial systems implementation (CPA preferred).
• Ability to mentor team members and manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.
