Sr. Ecommerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Sr. Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale two high‑traffic digital storefronts that serve healthcare‑related consumer needs across the United States. The role combines strategic ownership of site performance with hands‑on execution, focusing on conversion, average order value and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive end‑to‑end ecommerce site strategy to improve conversion rate, AOV and overall revenue.
• Develop seasonal and evergreen merchandising plans, including category prioritisation and product sorting based on behavioural data.
• Lead personalization initiatives on homepage, PLPs, PDPs and recommendation systems.
• Partner with data science and product teams to implement segmentation models, ML‑driven recommendations and experimentation frameworks.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimise the customer journey.
• Own reporting and analytics, turning insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Manage and mentor a small team of ecommerce specialists.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, product and creative teams to align priorities.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably on large SKU‑based retail or DTC sites.
• Proven track record of owning revenue‑driving metrics such as CVR, AOV or LTV.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work in fast‑paced, remote environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
