Sr. All-Source Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled, mission‑driven All‑Source Intelligence Analyst to support the U.S. Navy Material Support Office. You will fuse data from HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, IMINT, MASINT and other sources to assess and mitigate threats to Navy logistics, material acquisition, and global supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize raw and finished intelligence from multiple sources to evaluate threats to Navy material support, global logistics networks, and the defense industrial base.
• Monitor and assess foreign adversary efforts to target, compromise, or disrupt procurement, transit, and storage of critical Navy materials and technologies.
• Draft high‑quality, actionable intelligence products such as daily briefs, threat assessments, operational summaries, and strategic reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver regular intelligence briefings to NMSO leadership, Navy commanders, and interagency partners, identifying gaps and recommending collection requirements.
• Liaise with ONI, DIA, and other intelligence community partners to ensure comprehensive threat coverage and information sharing.
• Leverage advanced analytical tools and visualization software (e.g., Palantir, Analyst’s Notebook, M3, TAC) to map illicit networks and spot supply‑chain anomalies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (STEM, Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Political Science, Regional Studies) and at least 10 + years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven understanding of global maritime operations, defense supply chains, or logistics support systems.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to process large volumes of disparate data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adhering to IC analytic standards (ICD 203, ICD 206).
• U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SCI access.
