Sprinter and Cargo Van Owner Operators

About the role

We are expanding our expedited transportation network and are looking for reliable owner‑operators who own a Sprinter van, cargo van, or small box truck. As an independent driver you will handle regional and over‑the‑road freight, benefiting from a supportive dispatch team and competitive, market‑based rates.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver freight on time, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Travel regional routes of at least 300 miles and longer OTR trips as required.
• Communicate promptly with dispatch via calls and text messages.
• Maintain a clean, well‑kept vehicle that meets equipment specifications.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• At least 6 months experience in transportation, delivery, or freight.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to carry required insurance ( $1M liability, $100K cargo ) and own qualifying equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with navigation and transportation platforms such as Google Maps, MacroPoint, and Trucker Tools.
• Familiarity with TWIC, TSA, and HAZMAT qualifications (preferred).
