About the role

The Johnson & Johnson Finance Co‑Op is a six‑month, hands‑on program that lets students apply classroom learning to real business impact. You will work on finance projects such as budgeting, financial consolidation and month‑end close while receiving mentorship from finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

Support financial planning, reporting, budgeting and reconciliations.
Assist with data analysis, process improvements and cross‑functional business projects.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field, graduating Dec 2027‑May 2029.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

Intermediate Excel skills (or strong willingness to develop them quickly).

What we offer

Hourly pay between $26 and $29 (USD) based on program year, discipline and experience.
