About the role

Join a clinician‑owned, clinician‑led outpatient clinic in Richmond, TX, as a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant. You will work directly with children, turning therapy into engaging, play‑based experiences while supporting their communication milestones.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and implement personalized therapy plans for pediatric clients.
  • Deliver fun, play‑based activities that promote speech and language development.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with speech‑language pathologists and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.

Required profile

  • Active Texas SLPA license (required).
  • Passion for working with children and making therapy enjoyable.

    • Pay‑Per‑Visit compensation model ($30‑$34 per visit).
    • Flexible schedule options: four 9‑hour days with a half‑day Friday or four 10‑hour days.
