About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Specialist to drive customer onboarding and partnership initiatives within its Franchise Growth & Enablement team. The role will support the onboarding of ecosystem participants, gather data, and map relationships to enhance the payments network.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and refine onboarding processes for a variety of products and services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to elevate the customer experience.
- Develop comprehensive end‑to‑end documentation, training guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare presentations, track performance metrics, and report trends to senior management.
- Participate in user‑acceptance testing (UAT) for platform upgrades and new feature releases.
- Lead initiatives that leverage data insights to support strategic partnership programs.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
