Source-to-pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP) Manager

About the role

As a Source-to-pay Technology Consultant Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of digital procurement solutions for our clients. Working within PwC’s Operations practice, you will help organisations optimise sourcing, supplier collaboration and overall supply‑chain resilience using leading platforms such as Coupa, ZIP and GEP.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement initiatives to drive cost savings and process efficiency.
• Analyse client requirements and develop operational strategies that improve productivity.
• Implement strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement tools.
• Manage supplier relationships and foster collaboration to strengthen supply‑chain resilience.
• Utilise Coupa, ZIP and GEP software to streamline procurement workflows.
• Oversee contract management and negotiation to secure favourable terms.
• Guide project planning, budgeting and execution to meet client expectations.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their unique strengths.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Coupa.
• Hands‑on experience with ZIP.
• Hands‑on experience with GEP.
