Source-to-Contract Software Support Specialist

About the role

The S2C Software Support Specialist provides day‑to‑day platform configuration and system administration for upstream Source‑to‑Contract functions, ensuring supplier data accuracy and compliance across Greystar’s property accounting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and maintenance of the supplier management platform, bidding tools and CLM systems, and provide training.
• Maintain supplier record integration and attributes across property accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the Help Desk queue, respond to tickets and emails within SLA, and coordinate with accounting, IT and operations.
• Prepare financial and administrative reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience with procurement or compliance technology preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database tools.
• Basic mathematical ability for financial reporting.
