Source-to-Contract Operations Advocate (Remote)

About the role

The Source-to-Contract (S2C) Operations Advocate provides day‑to‑day support for an assigned portfolio within Greystar’s upstream S2C functions. Working remotely, you will manage supplier records, ensure compliance, and coordinate third‑party credentialing while partnering with the S2C Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the portfolio with supplier compliance, third‑party credentialing, and e‑procurement system training.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and attributes across property accounting systems.
• Serve as an escalation point for bank account validation exceptions and manage Help Desk tickets within SLA.
• Produce financial and administrative reports, and contribute to continuous‑process improvement.

Required profile

• Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations; college degree a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing tools.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools.
• Experience using property management software.
• Experience with database management tools.
