Source-to-Contract Operations Advocate

About the role

The S2C Operations Advocate provides day‑to‑day support for an assigned portfolio within Greystar’s upstream Source‑to‑Contract functions. The role handles supplier record setup, compliance program assistance, and third‑party credentialing while ensuring accurate data across property accounting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the portfolio with supplier compliance, third‑party credentialing, and e‑procurement system training, maintaining accurate supplier records and attributes.
• Manage the Help Desk queue, respond to tickets and emails within SLA, and coordinate with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure process alignment.
• Prepare financial and administrative reports, contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, and maintain relationships with property‑level stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (Canadian French preferred) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations; a college degree is a plus but not required.
• Basic mathematical ability for financial records, budgets, and fiscal reporting.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and property‑level stakeholders.
