Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join Sweatpals' Success team. In this host‑facing position you will act as the technical partner for fitness studios, gyms and event organizers, turning integration challenges into working solutions that unlock value on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical post‑sale experience for key hosts, from discovery through solution design, delivery and long‑term reliability.
• Design and build host‑specific integrations using APIs, webhooks, OAuth, event‑driven patterns and scripting (Python/JavaScript).
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations for ticketing, memberships, CRMs, marketing tools, payments and analytics.
• Handle data migrations, validation, deduplication and ongoing synchronization with a focus on data integrity.
• Troubleshoot issues by reproducing problems, inspecting payloads, debugging API/webhook failures and collaborating with Engineering on fixes.
• Create reusable technical playbooks, reference architectures, scripts and SOPs to accelerate future implementations.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset able to work in messy, real‑world environments.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly to non‑technical gym owners and community leaders.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Success Managers.
