Solutions Engineer I – Pre‑Sales

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer I (Pre‑Sales) you will act as the technical expert on Omni’s AI analytics platform, helping customers evaluate and adopt the product throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior Solutions Engineers and the sales team to conduct technical discovery, deliver demos and build proofs‑of‑concept (POCs) on the Omni platform.
• Design, configure and present POCs that showcase how customers can use their own data with Omni.
• Support the transition from trial to production by collaborating with post‑sales teams.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Product, Design and Engineering to influence roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills used for analytical queries.
• Interest in building a career in pre‑sales engineering.
• Passion for data, continuous learning and teaching others.
• Prior exposure to BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense) and consulting engagements is a plus.
