Solutions Architect

About the role

The Solutions Architect designs and guides technology solutions that enable product, program and value‑stream objectives. Working closely with product owners, engineering leads and cross‑functional delivery teams, the role translates business requirements into practical, scalable and secure architectural designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for products, applications and value‑stream initiatives, covering application, integration, data, infrastructure and security components.
• Define end‑to‑end solution designs and make architecture decisions that balance delivery speed, technical quality and long‑term scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical leads and engineering teams to align architecture with business priorities and roadmap planning.
• Apply enterprise architecture standards, approved technology patterns and security requirements across all designs.
• Participate in architecture reviews, raise risks and ensure consistency with shared platforms and reusable capabilities.
• Provide hands‑on architecture support during design, development and implementation, helping resolve complex technical challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale, enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with product, engineering and architecture leadership.
• Ability to assess technical dependencies, risks and trade‑offs and guide teams toward optimal solutions.
