Missions principales

• Configure and maintain robust development environments to support large-scale open-source Rust projects.
• Identify and resolve complex dependency conflicts across diverse and evolving codebases.
• Ensure seamless testing success and stability across multiple deployment and development environments.
• Work autonomously and asynchronously to meet rigorous project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate closely with AI research labs to optimize and streamline environment configuration processes.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record with at least two years of professional industrial experience specifically using Rust.
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing complex development environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to software stability.
• Strong ability to work independently in an asynchronous remote workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration with research teams.
