Software Engineer, Product

About the role

We're seeking a Software Engineer, Product to work directly with our customers to implement our technology and build any required customizations. In this role you will apply problem‑solving ability, creativity and technical skills to be the customer’s first resource for implementing AI agents, helping deliver reliable, compliant and efficient service solutions to millions of borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation and execution of high‑stakes customer engagements, defining requirements and applying our Voice AI Agent solution.
• Implement and build new features together with customers and integrate them into the core engineering product.

Required profile

• Relevant college and post‑college work experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Customer‑facing polish with strong communication and discovery skills.
• Ownership mindset, treating every deployment as a mission‑critical project.
• Hands‑on coder proficient in Python, Typescript or Javascript.
• Excellence in technical documentation and cross‑team communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical customers in a dynamic, iterative setting.
• Willingness to work four days a week onsite at our San Francisco office (relocation considered).
