About the role
We are looking for a software engineer to join our team building trading and research systems. The role focuses on developing high‑performance applications using OCaml and Python. No prior finance or functional‑programming experience is required, but strong programming abilities and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain core components of trading and research platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code in OCaml and Python.
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to deliver features on schedule.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
- Debug and resolve performance issues in production systems.
Required profile
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in financial technology is a plus but not mandatory.
