Software Engineer (New Grad)

About the role

Traba is building an AI‑driven operating layer for the industrial supply chain. As a New‑Grad Software Engineer you will help turn frontier AI models and agents into real product features that automate staffing, vetting, matching and fulfillment across our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Apply existing AI agents and large language models across the worker app, business app, and ops platform.
• Write and review high‑quality code in React Native, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs.
• Architect core systems such as real‑time matching and autonomous vetting pipelines.
• Partner with designers to ship polished, intuitive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with the CTO and founding team on product roadmap and technical decisions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (B.S./M.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on internship experience in a software engineering environment.
• Ability to translate frontier AI models into reliable production automation.
• Curious learner who can switch between product, design and infrastructure discussions.
