Software Engineer – AI Platform

About the role

Polynomic is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and scale its AI‑native platform that automates paid‑media campaigns. You will work at the intersection of large‑scale data systems, applied machine learning and real‑world advertising workflows, delivering real‑time performance insights and creative generation for brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core backend services that power the agentic AI platform.
• Build and optimise data pipelines that ingest and process real‑time advertising signals.
• Implement and support integrations with multiple advertising platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability and performance to enable automated decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of production AI/ML systems and workflows.
• Interest in digital advertising technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go, Java.
• Experience with backend service development and data pipeline engineering.
• Familiarity with platform integration patterns.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation ranging from $170,000 to $270,000 per year.
