Software Engineer – AI-driven Industrial Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a high‑tech team building AI‑driven decision systems for industrial manufacturing. You will work on‑site with customers, turning complex operational challenges into robust, production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software solutions for AI‑driven industrial applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather technical requirements.
• Build prototypes, iterate rapidly and deliver production‑grade systems.
• Improve infrastructure, deployment pipelines and development workflows.
• Implement secure, scalable, and reliable platform components.
• Support deployment in edge environments with limited connectivity and resources.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Python, C/C++, Go, TypeScript or Java.
• Experience delivering production‑quality software and working with CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and container/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
