Stay Blessed Insurance is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Content Marketing Manager to elevate its brand across multiple platforms. You will translate insurance expertise into engaging, educational content that drives awareness, trust, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
• Research trends, viral opportunities, and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Produce, edit, and repurpose short‑form video content.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline content creation.
• Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Collaborate with leadership on long‑term marketing initiatives and community engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media strategy and content marketing for business accounts.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
