Social Media Manager – Streaming Platform

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the end‑to‑end social strategy for assigned Paramount+ titles, turning marketing priorities into fan‑forward campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, you will work from the New York office and collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Publicity and external partners to bring each title to life across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data‑driven social strategies and platform‑native creative for launch and always‑on campaigns.
• Maintain detailed content calendars in Airtable for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.
• Identify cultural trends and craft authentic earned‑media opportunities.
• Iterate content formats based on social insights and best practices.
• Conceptualize talent‑based and footage‑based assets, guiding production through post‑production.
• Present creative ideas to talent and Executive Producers.
• Oversee paid‑social creative delivery, ensuring brand compliance and timely rollout.
• Mentor coordinators on publishing, execution and creative development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5+ years in social media, digital marketing, television or entertainment.
• Proven track record of launching innovative social/digital campaigns.
• Strong cross‑functional partnership skills and a passion for entertainment.
